Leasing Process:
If you are interested in applying for a lease, there are 3 ways you can
choose from:
1. Call toll free number (866) 296-6899 and our
representative will guide your through the process.

2. Download PDF Application Forms, fill out at
your convenience, then send
application by fax to 714-384-7538. (To expedite the approval, please
send complete application as listed in Application Checklist) |

a.) Within 24-48 hours of receiving complete
Lease Application Package, you will receive approval notice.
(Financial Package may take a few more days and
may require a documentation fee)
b.) Upon notification of approval, we will contact you with a
lease proposal and answer any of your question. On your agreement to
the proposal, we will send you lease documentation.
c.) Once you return completed lease documentation with
security deposit if any, you can start shopping for a vendor and
finalizing price of equipment.
d.) Upon your notice of vendor and equipment, we will place
order with vendor and request shipment of equipment.
e.) Once invoice received from your vendor, we will verify with
if equipment has been delivered and installed to your satisfaction. If
you are satisfied, we will then pay vendor immediately.
